Memories and representations about the SUS to nursing technicians and assistants

Resumo: doi: 10.5216/ree.v12i4.8580 Memories and representations about the SUS influence knowledge and professionals practices. The purpose of this study is to examine the memories and the representations of the nursing professionals concerning SUS. The research deals with a qualitative analysis based on Social Representations and it was developed with 26 nursing professionals of the elementary and high school levels. The data analysis procedure was made through interviews and verified by software called ALCESTE 4.7. The results were displayed into two groups: the first theme part lumps together the first class (Images and definitions of SUS and INAMPS) and the fourth class (changes occurred in the health care system). The second theme part groups the second class (Memories and representations of the basic health care system) and the third one (the relations within the nursing team: the doctor and the users of the health care system). Therefore, it is not yet clear to the professionals the condition of access to public health services, and they over the SUS to the old system of health, INAMPS. The difficulties encountered by subjects in the issues concerning access to health services, interpersonal relations and working conditions point to the SUS as a system still in the process of implementation. Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar las memorias y las representaciones de profesionales de enfermería sobre él SUS. Se trata de una investigación cualitativa, basada en las representaciones sociales, y desarrollada con 26 profesionales de primer grado y del grado medio. Los datos fueron recolectados por medio de entrevistas y analizados por el software Alceste 4.7. Los resultados se organizaron en dos grupos: el bloque temático 1, que incluye la clase 1 (imágenes y las definiciones del INAMPS y del SUS) y la Clase 4 (Los cambios ocurridos en el sistema de salud) y el bloque temático 2, que incluye la clase 2 (Representaciones y memorias de la red básica de salud) y la clase 3 (Las relaciones del equipo de enfermería: el médico y los usuarios en el contexto del SUS). Se concluye que aún no está claro a los profesionales las condiciones de acceso a los servicios públicos de salud, supe posicionando él SUS al viejo sistema de salud, el INAMPS, y las dificultades encontradas por los sujetos en las cuestiones relativas al acceso a los servicios de salud, a las relaciones interpersonales y las condiciones de trabajo muestran el SUS como un sistema aún en proceso de ejecución. Assim, este estudo tem o objetivo de analisar as memórias e as representações de profissionais de enfermagem acerca do SUS. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa baseada nas Representações Sociais e desenvolvida com 26 profissionais de enfermagem de nível fundamental e médio. Os dados foram coletados em 2005 por entrevistas e analisados pelo software ALCESTE 4.7. Os resultados foram organizados em dois grupos: o bloco temático 1 que engloba a classe 1 (Imagens e definições do SUS e do INAMPS) e a classe 4 (As transformações ocorridas no sistema de saúde); e o bloco temático 2, com a classe 2 (Representações e memórias da rede básica de saúde) e classe 3 (As interrelações da equipe de enfermagem: o médico e os usuários no contexto do SUS). Conclui-se que ainda não está clara para os profissionais a condição de acesso aos serviços públicos de saúde sobrepondo o SUS ao sistema antigo de saúde, o INAMPS, e que as dificuldades encontradas pelos sujeitos nas questões concernentes ao acesso aos serviços de saúde, às relações interpessoais e às condições de trabalho apontam para o SUS como um sistema ainda em processo de implementação.
