Resumo: The agrarian dispossession discloses an instituteunfinished, mainly in what it refers to the environmentalissue. There are lack complementary norms, forexample, for implantation of the environmental agrariandispossession, and adaptation of the competent agenciesfor implantation of the existing norms. The analyzed elementsto serve of taxable income for the joust indemnitydo not need to be necessarily positive. If some environmentaldamage is detected in the area to be dispossessed,such fact must consist in the report so that the expropriatedinfractor suffers some sanction for disregarding theeffective environmental legislation
