Resumo: | The Asian citrus psilliyd, Diaphorina citri is the vector of bacteria Candidatus Liberibacter spp. Is associated to the presently most important disease of citrus, Huanglongbing (HLB), and has negatively affected citrus production in countries around the world, including Brazil. D. citri took the key pest status in the nation citrus industry because it is the principal vector of Huanglongbing (HLB), disease recorded in Brazil in 2004, and for its high ability to transmit other bacteria associated to it. There are reports of the incidence of Asian citrus psillid D. citri in six states: São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Bahia, Rio Grande do Sul and Roraima. However the presence of the disease Huanglongbening (HLB), transmitted by D. citri, was detected in three states, only: São Paulo, Minas Gerais and Paraná. The present work was to study the occurrence of D. citri in citrus orchards of Goiás State, analyzing the population dynamics and verify the presence of Candidatus Liberibacter spp. through its detection in the vector, to improve strategies related to its management. To this end, surveys were conducted through sticky traps and visual inspections in commercial citrus orchards, located in Goiás mesoregions: south, central, east and northeast, from February 2012 to April 2014. The adults captured were analyzed by PCR for detcção Ca. Liberibacter spp. and was also carried out the study of population fluctuation of D. citri. Join the occurrence of Diaphorina citri in Goiás in the municipalities of Agua Fria de Goiás, meso northeast, Pirenópolis, mesoregion east, and Santa Izabel, central region, in low density. The hosts where there was detection of the psyllid were ponkan mandarin (Citrus reticulata Blanco), orange-pear (Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck), orange-natal (Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck) and Tahiti lime (Citrus x limon). There was no detection of Candidatus Liberibacter, therefore, keep the state as harmless area Huanglongbing (HLB). The population peak of adults and / or nymphs of D. citri occur in mid-spring and early summer, with population peak in October 2012 and 2013 and February 2013, being directly influenced by the issue of the growing flow of citrus plants and by climatic precipitation and temperature parameters. |

D. citri assumiu o status de praga-chave da citricultura nacional por ser o principal vetor da Huanglongbing (HLB) – doença registrada no Brasil no ano de 2004 –, e por possuir alta capacidade de transmitir bactérias a ela associadas. Há registro da incidência do psilídio-asiático-dos-citros, D. citri, em seis Estados brasileiros: São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Bahia, Rio Grande do Sul e Roraima. No entanto, a presença da doença Huanglongbening (HLB), transmitida pelo D. citri, foi detectada em apenas três destes Estados: São Paulo, Minas Gerais e Paraná. Nesse contexto, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo estudar a ocorrência de D. citri em áreas citrícolas do Estado de Goiás, analisar a flutuação populacional e verificar a presença de Candidatus Liberibacter spp. por meio de sua detecção no vetor, visando melhorar as estratégias relacionadas ao seu manejo. Para tanto, foram realizados levantamentos, por meio de armadilhas adesivas e inspeções visuais, em pomares citrícolas comerciais, situados nas mesorregiões goianas: sul, centro, leste e nordeste, de fevereiro de 2012 a abril de 2014. Os adultos capturados foram analisados por meio de PCR para detcção de Ca. Liberibacter spp. e também foi realizado o estudo da flutuação populacional de D. citri. Registra-se a ocorrência de Diaphorina citri em Goiás nos municípios de Água Fria de Goiás, mesorregião nordeste, Pirenópolis, mesorregião leste, e Santa Izabel, mesorregião centro, em baixa densidade. Os hospedeiros em que houve detecção do psilídeo foram: tangerina Ponkan (Citrus reticulata Blanco), laranja-pera (Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck), laranja-natal (Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck) e limão Tahiti (Citrus x limon). Não houve detecção de Candidatus Liberibacter, sendo assim, mantêm-se o Estado como área indene de Huanglongbing (HLB). The hosts where there was detection of the psyllid were ponkan mandarin (Citrus reticulata Blanco), orange-pear (Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck), orange-natal (Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck) and Tahiti lime (Citrus x limon). There was no detection of Candidatus Liberibacter, therefore, keep the state as harmless area Huanglongbing (HLB). The population peak of adults and / or nymphs of D. citri occur in mid-spring and early summer, with population peak in October 2012 and 2013 and February 2013, being directly influenced by the issue of the growing flow of citrus plants and by climatic precipitation and temperature parameters. |
