Resumo: The purpose of this research is to study the State Military Police Schools of Goiás, specifically for its implementation process, which began in 1999 and intensified after 2013, by means of a Pedagogical Technical Cooperation Agreement signed between the State of Education, Culture and Sport and the Public Security Secretariat of Goiás, through the Military Police Education Command of this State. The research has as general objective to investigate the processes of implementation of Military Colleges, taking as a locus of research a State College of the Military Police of Goiás in Aparecida de Goiânia - which we take as our "case" to be studied - in the perspective of understanding the motivation of its origin, its implications and transformations occurred in the organization of pedagogical work after its implementation in 2015. The central problem can be presented as follows: What are the consequences of this model of "Military Management" for the training of subjects, the quality of education offered and the participation of the families in the process of monitoring the school life of the students attended in the Colleges managed by the Military Police of Goiás? The case study was the methodology used to conduct the research, which had as a locus a college in Aparecida de Goiás, whose military management was implemented from 2015. The data were collected through open and closed questionnaires applied to the students of our sample clipping - High School - and of open questionnaires applied to the parents / guardians and teachers of the same students of the research unit. Thus, the dissertation analyzes the insertion of the Military Police officers in the Goian educational field, their ways and their ways, and the consequent organized resistance movement by the organized civil society, for whom the growth of this Subsystem in the Goiás State Public Network is associated with the pretension of repression of education workers in this state and the exchange of political favors, that is, as an electoral currency. It problematizes the legitimacy of these Colleges and the ways of entering new students. Finally, it analyzes the progress of conservative thinking in the educational field, the process of elitizing public spaces and their relationship with the exclusion of low income families, as well as the intention of social, political and ideological control of students and teachers, in the Internal Rules of these Colleges.

Finally, it analyzes the progress of conservative thinking in the educational field, the process of elitizing public spaces and their relationship with the exclusion of low income families, as well as the intention of social, political and ideological control of students and teachers, in the Internal Rules of these Colleges.Esta pesquisa tem como objeto de estudo os Colégios Estaduais da Polícia Militar de Goiás, mais especificamente seu processo de implementação, ocorrido a partir de 1999 e intensificado a partir de 2013, por meio de um Termo de Cooperação Técnico Pedagógico assinado entre a Secretaria de Estado de Educação, Cultura e Esporte e a Secretaria de Segurança Pública de Goiás, por meio do Comando de Ensino da Polícia Militar deste Estado. A pesquisa tem como objetivo geral investigar os processos de implementação dos Colégios Militares, tomando como locus da pesquisa um Colégio Estadual da Polícia Militar de Goiás em Aparecida de Goiânia – o qual tomamos como nosso “caso” a ser estudado - na perspectiva de compreender a motivação de sua origem, suas implicações e transformações ocorridas na organização do trabalho pedagógico após sua implementação em 2015. O problema central pode ser assim apresentado: Quais os desdobramentos deste modelo de “Gestão Militar” para a formação dos sujeitos, da qualidade da educação oferecida e da participação das famílias no processo de acompanhamento da vida escolar dos alunos atendidos nos colégios geridos pela Polícia Militar de Goiás? O estudo de caso foi a metodologia utilizada para a realização desta pesquisa, que teve como locus um colégio de Aparecida de Goiânia, cuja gestão militar foi implantada a partir de 2015. Os dados foram coletados por meio de questionários abertos e fechados aplicados para os alunos do nosso recorte amostral - Ensino Médio - e de questionários abertos aplicados para os pais/responsáveis e professores dos mesmos alunos da unidade locus da pesquisa. Assim, a dissertação analisa a inserção dos policiais militares no campo educacional goiano, seus caminhos e descaminhos, e o consequente movimento de resistência organizado por parte da sociedade civil organizada, para quem o crescimento desse subsistema na Rede Pública estadual goiana se associa à pretensão de repressão aos trabalhadores da Educação deste Estado e a troca de favores políticos, ou seja, como moeda eleitoral. Problematiza a legitimidade desses colégios e as formas de ingresso de novos alunos.
