Resumo: This paper aims to give subsidies to teachers of Mathematics, in the understanding and application of combinatorial analysis processes, for non-blind students, blinds, or students with reduced vision. It describes the theoretical foundations of Combinatorial Analysis and their applications for teaching of inclusive mathematics, aiming blind or low vision students, using the Braille System Unified Mathematical Code in the preparation of lesson plans, and the analysis of the results obtained. This dissertation has its theoretical basis on definitions and demonstrations on basic counting methods. The Braille system and the use of the Soroban, an Abacus adapted for blind students, in mathematics teaching help connect mathematics for blind persons, providing sensorial learning, in an attempt to generate equivalent opportunities of those non-blind students. Blind students lack concrete, sensorial objects and scientific works that can stimulate their mathematical learning. With the elaboration of lesson plans aimed at teaching combinatorial analysis for blind students, the opportunity arose to teach them, in practice, at the Brazilian Center for Rehabilitation and Support for the Visually Impaired, (CEBRAV), Goiânia-Go, with young students who were preparing for the National High School Examination (ENEM).

Descreve fundamentos teóricos da Análise Combinatória e também suas aplicações no ensino da matemática inclusiva, tendo como objetivo alunos cegos ou de baixa visão, utilizando o Código Matemático Unificado do Sistema Braille na elaboração de planos de aulas e análise de resultados obtidos. Esta dissertação tem o seu embasamento teórico fundamentado em definições e demonstrações sobre métodos básicos de contagem. O sistema Braille e o uso do Soroban, um Ábaco adaptado para pessoas cegas, no ensino da Matemática, ajudam a conectar a Matemática aos alunos cegos, proporcionando uma aprendizagem sensorial, na tentativa de gerar oportunidades equivalentes em relação a um aluno não cego. Os alunos cegos, carecem de objetos concretos, sensoriais, e trabalhoscientíficos que possam estimular a sua aprendizagem matemática.
