Resumo: This research is linked to the research line: State, Politics and Education History of thePrograma de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Universidade Federal de Goiás. It is a case study about the teenagers’ school education that are in the Socio-educative measure of hospitalization in the Centro de Atendimento Socioeducativo (CASE), localized in Goiania, Goias. It is a qualitative study by means of the theoretical-methodological assumptions of Historical Dialectical Materialism. In the diversity of possible investigative question of the socio-educative system, the goal of the research is to identify the materialization, or not, the right of school education of the teenagers that are in socio-educative measure of hospitalization, seeking to understand the formats of the provided education, as offer, structure, execution, control and evaluation of the school education in the socio-educative measure context. The methodologic trajectory was given by the bibliographic review present in the dissertations by the Banco de Teses & Dissertações da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) around thematic: teenagers in freedom and school education deprivation in the context of freedom deprivation; analysis of the socio-educative system specific documents (National and State); data collection by surveys wit professors and leaders of Focus Groups with the teenagers. In this exercise, we faced the contradictions that compose the movement between the development and constitution of the teenagers schooling, situating the object in the socio-educative reality by the gender perspective.

Trata-se de um estudo de caso sobre a educação escolar das adolescentes que cumprem Medida Socioeducativa de internação no Centro de Atendimento Socioeducativo (CASE), localizado no município de Goiânia, estado de Goiás. É um estudo de caráter qualitativo por meio dos pressupostos teórico-metodológicos do Materialismo Histórico Dialético. Na diversidade de questões possíveis de investigação do sistema socioeducativo, o objetivo da pesquisa é identificar a materialização, ou não, do direito à educação escolar das adolescentes em cumprimento de Medida socioeducativa de internação, buscando compreender os formatos da educação proporcionada, como oferta, estrutura, execução, controle e avaliação da educação escolar no contexto da Medida Socioeducativa. O percurso metodológico se deu por meio de revisão bibliográfica presentes nas dissertações levantadas no Banco de Teses & Dissertações da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) em torno das temáticas: adolescentes em privação de liberdade e educação escolar no contexto da privação de liberdade; análise de documentos específicos do sistema socioeducativo (Nacional e Estadual); coleta de dados por meio de entrevistas com professores e dirigentes e Grupos Focais com as adolescentes.
