SUPLLY CONDITIONS IN SECONDARY SCHOOL IN ALAGOAS AND GOIÁS STATES: CHALLENGES TO SUCCESSFUL PERMANENCE

Resumo: This article approaches the supply conditions in Secondary School in Alagoas and Goiás states. Indicators from the School Census of 2016 and 2019 were used. Dialectics was adopted as a theoretical-methodological approach. The study points out the educational inequalities between two states of the same nation and the distance that both are from the materialization of what is proposed in the goals of National Education Plan (2014-2024). Data analysis revealed challenges related to the school and to the teacher. It is relevant and urgent that all young people between the ages of 15 and 17 attend the Secondary School, as well teachers have adequate training and working conditions and, last but not least, that schools with adequate infrastructure. Se utilizaron los indicadores del Censo Escolar de los años 2016 y 2019. Se adoptó la dialéctica como enfoque teórico y metodológico. El estudio señala las desigualdades educativas entre dos estados de la misma nación y la distancia que ambos tienen de la materialización de lo propuesto en las metas del Plan Nacional de Educación (2014-2024). El análisis de los datos puso de manifiesto los problemas que afectan a la escuela y al profesor. Para el bachillerato es relevante y urgente que todos los jóvenes de 15 a 17 años asistan a escuela, aulas con menos alumnos, profesores con formación y condiciones laborales adecuadas y, por último, escuelas con infraestructuras adecuadas. Foram utilizados indicadores do Censo Escolar nos anos de 2016 e 2019. Adotou-se a dialética enquanto abordagem teórico-metodológica. O estudo aponta as desigualdades educacionais entre dois estados de uma mesma nação e a distância que ambos estão da materialização do proposto nas metas do Plano Nacional de Educação (2014-2024). A análise dos dados revelou desafios relativos à escola e ao professor. Ao Ensino Médio é relevante e urgente que todos os jovens de 15 a 17 anos o frequentem, que suas salas de aula sejam constituídas por menos estudantes, que seus professores tenham formação e condições de trabalho adequadas e, por fim, mas não menos importante, que as escolas apresentem infraestrutura adequada.  PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Políticas Educacionais.
