THE STATE OF THE ART ON THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM (PROINFO)

Resumo: In this text, we set out to build the State of the Art on the National Educational Technology Program (ProInfo), in the CAPES Theses and Dissertations bank and the BDTD, from 1997 to 2019. The research approach is qualitative, from an exploratory character, which identified that public universities are the privileged space for the development of research, that the Southeast region concentrates the largest quantity of theses and dissertations produced by CAPES on this theme in the field of education. We conclude that the public policy for the inclusion of digital technologies in education presents fragmentation in the scope of implantation, implementation, which does not exist in theses and dissertations, evaluations of this policy by the public power, as well as indicating scarcity in the offer of continuing education for teachers.  KEYWORDS: ICT. Technology.En el presente texto, nos propusimos construir el Estado del Arte sobre el Programa Nacional de Tecnología Educativa (ProInfo), en los Banco de Tesis y Disertaciones de CAPES y dela BDTD, de 1997 a 2019. El enfoque de investigación es cualitativo, de carácter exploratorio, que identificó que las universidades públicas son el espacio privilegiado para el desarrollo de la investigación, que la región Sudeste concentra la mayor cantidad de tesis y disertaciones producidas por la CAPES sobre este tema en el campo de la educación. Concluimos que la política pública para la inclusión de las tecnologías digitales en la educación presenta fragmentación en el alcance de la implantación, implementación, que no existe en tesis y disertaciones, evaluaciones de esta política por parte del poder público, además de señalar escasez en la oferta de la formación continua de los docentes. Tecnología.Neste texto propusemo-nos a construir o Estado da Arte sobre o Programa Nacional de Tecnologia Educacional (Proinfo), nos bancos de Teses e Dissertações da CAPES e da BDTD, no período de 1997 a 2019. A abordagem da pesquisa é qualitativa, de caráter exploratório, a qual identificou que as universidades públicas são espaço privilegiado para o desenvolvimento de pesquisas, que a região sudeste concentra o maior quantitativo de teses e dissertações produzidas pela CAPES acerca dessa temática no campo da educação. Concluímos que a política pública de inclusão das tecnologias digitais na educação apresenta fragmentação no âmbito da implantação, implementação, que inexiste nas teses e dissertações avaliações dessa política pelo poder público, bem como indica exiguidade na oferta da formação continuada dos docentes.  PALAVRAS-CHAVE: TIC.
