Resumo: This article’s purpose is to address the National Popular Education Conference (Conape, 2022) having as main points both, the state democratization and the educational policies’ proposals. In this manner, the article discusses the construction and materialization process of Conape (2022), its subjects, procedures and propositions. Through the analyzes of different stages, resulting on the national level of the conference, this article indicates the richness of the effective social participation, which among other things, unveils the consolidation of the National Popular Education Forum (FNPE) as a collective actor of struggles and propositions in the educational field. Participation.Este artículo tiene por objetivo establecer el emplazamiento de la Conferencia Nacional Popular de Educación (Conape, 2022), centrándose en que el eje de esa conferencia está direccionado a la proposición de la democratización del Estado y de las políticas educacionales. En esa dirección, se aborda aquí el proceso de construcción y materialización de la Conape (2022), sus sujetos, procedimientos y proposiciones. A partir del análisis de las diversas etapas que resultaron en la etapa nacional de la conferencia, se indica la riqueza de la efectiva participación social, la cual, entre otros apuntes, desvela la consolidación del Fórum Nacional Popular de Educación (FNPE) como un actor colectivo de luchas y proposiciones en el campo educacional. Participación.Este artigo objetiva situar a Conferência Nacional Popular de Educação (Conape, 2022), tendo por centralidade o eixo dessa conferência direcionada à proposição da democratização do Estado e das políticas educacionais. Nessa direção, aborda o processo de construção e materialização da Conape (2022), seus sujeitos, seus processos e suas proposições. A partir de análises de diversas etapas que resultaram na etapa nacional da conferência, sinaliza a riqueza da efetiva participação social, que, dentre outros apontamentos, desvela a consolidação do Fórum Nacional Popular de Educação (FNPE) como ator coletivo de lutas e proposições no campo educacional.
