PROCESSES OF POLITICAL SUBJECTIVATION IN EDUCATIONAL CONTEXTS AND THE EXPERIENCE OF THE PROJECT "STUDY IN PEACE"

Resumo: This article aims to present a theoretical research that conceptually supports the project “Study in Peace: mediation of conflicts in the school context” – an extension project from the Center for Peace and Human Rights Studies – NEP, at the University of Brasília – UnB. The focus of this argumentation is based on the processes of political subjectivation propelled in educational contexts as a result of the praxis developed by the project, the transforming social mediation. The text is divided into two parts: the first brings an analysis of the current neoliberal rationality, forms of governmentality and modes of subjectivation, with emphasis on the critical reference of M. Foucault; The second raises reflections on the project praxis and the possibilities of opposition to the neoliberal governmentality, according to the conceptions of J. Rancière. Transformative Social Mediation.Este artículo tiene como objetivo presentar una investigación teórica que busca fundamentar conceptualmente el proyecto “Estudiar en Paz: mediación de conflictos en el ámbito escolar”, un proyecto de extensión del Núcleo de Estudios para la Paz y Derechos Humanos – NEP, de la Universidad de Brasilia – UnB. El foco de esa argumentación se pauta en los procesos de subjetivación política desencadenados en contextos educativos, a partir de la praxis desarrollada por el proyecto, la mediación social transformadora. El texto se divide en dos partes: el primero trae un análisis de la racionalidad neoliberal actual, las formas de gubernamentalidad  y los modos de subjetivación, con énfasis en la referencia crítica de M. Foucault; el segundo plantea reflexiones sobre la praxis del proyecto y las posibilidades de oposición al gubernamentalidad  neoliberal, seguiendo las concepciones de J. Rancière. Mediación Social Transformadora.Este artigo objetiva apresentar uma pesquisa teórica para fundamentar conceitualmente o Estudar em Paz: mediação de conflitos no contexto escolar, projeto de extensão do Núcleo de Estudos para a Paz e os Direitos Humanos (NEP), da Universidade de Brasília (UnB). O foco de sua argumentação pauta-se nos processos de subjetivação política desencadeados nos contextos educativos a partir da práxis desenvolvida pelo projeto, a mediação social transformadora. O texto está dividido em duas partes: a primeira traz uma análise sobre a racionalidade neoliberal vigente, formas de governamentalidade e modos de subjetivação, com ênfase no referencial crítico de Michel Foucault (2008a, 2008b); a segunda suscita reflexões sobre a práxis do projeto e as possibilidades de oposição à governamentalidade neoliberal, conforme as concepções de Jacques Rancière (1996, 2018).
