SCHOOL TRAJECTORY OF PIBID STUDENTS FROM RURAL SCHOOLS

Resumo: Throughout its history, rural education has resisted a context of social neglect and denial by the government. In the midst of weaknesses and challenges, young people and adults from rural schools manage to overcome barriers and achieve academic success, reaching Higher Education. In this article, we aim to discuss the school trajectory of university students who participate in the PIBID, coming from rural schools, as a result of a, descriptive and exploratory field research with a qualitative approach, carried out through semi-structured interviews with five university students who are PIBID's scholarship holders at UERN/Campus Pau dos Ferros. From the results, we can highlight the encounter with teaching, which was gaining space in the formation, with the opportunity of PIBID, satisfactory performance in the formative activities of the course and improvement of teaching in schools and overcoming of difficulties along the school trajectory. We conclude that the countryside presents itself to the interviewees as a stage of their memories, experiences throughout their school trajectories, with the PIBID, being a program that made it possible for them to stay in the course and expanded their expectations and future projections of prolonging their studies. En medio de las debilidades y los desafíos, los jóvenes y adultos de las escuelas rurales logran superar las barreras y alcanzar el éxito académico, llegando a la educación superior. En este artículo, nos proponemos discutir la trayectoria escolar de los estudiantes universitarios que trabajan en el PIBID, egresados de escuelas rurales, resultado de una investigación de campo, descriptiva y exploratoria con enfoque cualitativo, realizada a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas a cinco estudiantes universitarios becarios del PIBID en la UERN/Campus Pau dos Ferros. De los resultados, se destaca el encuentro con la enseñanza que fue ganando espacio en la formación, con la oportunidad del PIBID, el desempeño satisfactorio en las actividades formativas del curso y la mejora de la enseñanza en las escuelas y la superación de las dificultades a lo largo de la trayectoria escolar. Se concluye que el campo se presenta para los entrevistados como un palco de sus memorias, vivencias a lo largo de sus trayectorias escolares, siendo el PIBID, un programa que posibilitó la permanencia en el curso y amplió las expectativas y proyectos futuros de prolongación de los estúdios. PALABRAS CLAVE: Escuela Rural. PIBID. Continuación de los Estúdios.Ao longo da sua história, a Educação do Campo resiste a um contexto de descaso social e negação do poder público. Em meio a fragilidades e desafios, jovens e adultos egressos de escolas do campo conseguem transpor as barreiras e alcançar o êxito acadêmico, chegando ao Ensino Superior. Neste artigo, objetiva-se discutir a trajetória escolar de estudantes universitários com atuação no PIBID, egressos da escola do campo, resultado de uma pesquisa de campo, descritiva e exploratória e de abordagem qualitativa, realizada por meio da entrevista semiestruturada com cinco estudantes universitários bolsistas do PIBID da UERN/Campus Pau dos Ferros. Dos resultados, destacam-se o encontro com a docência, que foi ganhando espaço na formação, com a oportunidade do PIBID, desempenho satisfatório nas atividades formativas do curso e melhoria do ensino nas escolas e superação de dificuldades ao longo da trajetória escolar. Conclui-se que o campo se apresenta para os entrevistados como um palco de suas memórias, vivências ao longo de suas trajetórias escolares, sendo o PIBID, um programa que possibilitou a permanência no curso e lhes ampliou as expectativas e projeções futuras de prolongamento dos estudos de alunos universitários egressos da escola do campo.
