UNB'S AGRARIAN RESIDENCY: PRODUCTIVE AND NECESSARY CONVERGENCE OF AGRARIAN REFORM WITH THE UNIVERSITY

Resumo: | This article aims to recover and recognize the importance of one of the many experiences that link agrarian reform with the university. It is about the specialization course Agrarian Residency at UNB, which took place between 2013 and 2015. The course focused on the training of 35 young people from settlements and quilombola areas of the DF/Entorno, stimulating them to investigate the productive matrices of life in the countryside, with emphasis on Agroecology, Culture, Communication and Art, Cooperation and Human Formation. Stimulated by the internal organizational process that involved the active participation of the students, the course showed a conception of university more focused on dialogue and collective construction with the communities of the territories investigated. It became evident a necessary and possible encounter between popular movements and the university in the construction of new productive matrices of life in the countryside that overcome the destructive logic of agribusiness. Peasant Movement.El presente artículo pretende recuperar y reconocer la importancia de una, de las múltiples experiencias, que relacionan la reforma agraria con la universidad. Se trata del curso de especialización Residencia Agraria en la UNB, que tuvo lugar entre 2013 y 2015. El curso se centró en la formación de 35 jóvenes de asentamientos y zonas quilombolas del DF/Entorno, estimulándolos a investigar las matrices productivas de la vida en el campo, con énfasis en la Agroecología, la Cultura, la Comunicación y el Arte, la Cooperación y la Formación Humana. Estimulado por el proceso organizativo interno que implicó la participación activa de los estudiantes, el curso mostró una concepción de universidad más centrada en el diálogo y la construcción colectiva con las comunidades de los territorios investigados. Se hizo evidente un encuentro necesario y posible entre los movimientos populares y la universidad en la construcción de nuevas matrices productivas de vida en el campo que superen la lógica destructiva del agronegocio. Movimiento Campesino.O presente artigo apresenta a experiência do curso de especialização “Residência Agrária: Matrizes produtivas da vida no campo”, da UnB, ocorrido entre 2013 e 2015, com o objetivo de identificar os resultados quantitativos e qualitativos das dinâmicas desenvolvidas. O trabalho também situa no tempo histórico a importância dessas dinâmicas de curso para a educação do campo e como estratégias de articulação entre universidades, movimentos populares e territórios camponeses e quilombolas. O artigo destaca a metodologia empregada no curso, desenvolvida a partir da concepção estratégica de organização social e capilarização da universidade nos territórios por meio do trabalho articulado entre as matrizes produtivas da vida no campo, com ênfase na Agroecologia, Cultura, Comunicação e Arte, Cooperação e Formação Humana. Como resultado do processo analisado, o trabalho destaca as atividades das Escolas Itinerantes de Formação nos Núcleos Territoriais como forma de dinamizar o protagonismo coletivo das comunidades e a horizontalização das relações de parceria entre universidades e movimentos sociais. A metodologia empregada no curso viabilizou a formação de um perfil mais interdisciplinar e abrangente dos profissionais que atuam em territórios camponeses e quilombolas do Distrito Federal e Entorno.
