DEGREE IN RURAL EDUCATION AND THE GUARANTEE OF THE RIGHT TO EDUCATION: RESEARCH CONTRIBUTIONS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF ITS GRADUATES

Resumo: | The article presents research results on the performance of graduates of the Degree in Rural Education from federal institutions in the North, Midwest, and Southeast regions of Brazil, aiming to demonstrate the importance of the courses in defense of Education for the peasants. The methodology of documental analysis of theses and dissertations on the graduates of the LEdoCs, of published articles that deal with this them and of the Pedagogical Political Projects of the courses, was adopted. The results show the importance of the Degree in Rural Education in the territories in focus, by expanding access to Higher Education with a significant offer of vacancies aimed at peasant, as well as the importance of these forming courses in the process of knowledge production. Graduates.El artículo presenta resultados de investigación sobre el desempeño de los egresados de la Licenciatura en Educación del Campo de instituciones federales de las regiones Norte, Centro-Oeste y Sudeste de Brasil, con el objetivo de demostrar la importancia de los cursos en defensa de la Educación para los campesinos. Se adoptó la metodología de análisis documental de tesis y disertaciones de los egresados de las LEdoCs, de artículos publicados que tratan de esta temática, además de los Proyectos Políticos Pedagógicos de los cursos analizados. Los resultados muestran la importancia de la Licenciatura en Educación del Campo en los territorios analizados, al ampliar el acceso a la Educación Superior con una importante oferta de vacantes dirigidas a campesinos, así como la importancia de estos cursos de formación en el proceso de producción de conocimiento. Egresos.O artigo apresenta resultados de pesquisas sobre a atuação de egressos(as) dos cursos de Licenciatura em Educação do Campo de instituições federais das regiões Norte, Centro-Oeste e Sudeste do Brasil, objetivando demonstrar a importância dos cursos em defesa da garantia do direito à Educação para os sujeitos camponeses. Adotou-se a metodologia de análise documental de teses e dissertações sobre os egressos das LEdoCs, de artigos publicados que tratam dessa temática, além dos Projetos Políticos Pedagógicos dos cursos analisados. Os resultados evidenciam a importância da Licenciatura em Educação do Campo nos territórios em foco, ao ampliar o acesso à Educação Superior com uma significativa oferta de vagas direcionadas aos sujeitos camponeses, bem como a importância desses cursos de formação no processo de produção de conhecimento.
