Resumo: | This article aims to focus on the relation of disorganized growth of the Rio Branco city in face of rural exodus process. Thus, we have considered the social demands in the urban areas of the study area and the intervention by the local government on the regional planning. It is believed that the greatest challenges in the Amazon region are linked to the events of "disarticulated urbanization". In the other hand, the spatial organization can be considered as essential to the land management. Only from the implementation of public policies city like Rio Branco will develop in a continuous and sustainable way in order to bring a better quality of life for the in habitants of the Amazon region. |

Only from the implementation of public policies city like Rio Branco will develop in a continuous and sustainable way in order to bring a better quality of life for the in habitants of the Amazon region.El objetivo de esto artículo es debatir sobre la relación del crecimiento desarticulado de la ciudad de Rio Branco delante al amplio proceso de éxodo rural, teniendo en cuenta las demandas sociales en las zonas urbanas y las acciones recientes de la intervención del público sobre la ordenación del territorio de Plan Maestro de 2006. Por lo tanto, creemos que los mayores desafíos para el territorio del Amazônia están vinculados a los desencadenantes de la "urbanización desarticulado" de la región (SCHMINK; CORDEIRO, 2008, p. 18). Una luxación se produce principalmente por que "Amazônia es un espacio social heterogéneo y la configuración de sus sistemas de estar es irregular, desarticulada de un solo principio rector de que puede explicar su organización espacial (SCHMINK; CORDEIRO, 2008, p. 18). Identifica el Plan maestro como constituyente y esencial para la ordenación de la tierra. Entendemos que a partir de esta política, la ciudad se desarrollará un proceso de continuo crecimiento físico y social con numerosos aparatos institucionales que garanticen un modelo de política pública puede reordenar los espacios a fin de lograr una mejor calidad de vida para todos sus habitantes.O presente artigo tem como objetivo enfocar a relação do crescimento desarticulado da cidade de Rio Branco face ao amplo processo de êxodo rural, levando em consideração as demandas sociais no espaço urbano e as ações recentes de intervenção do poder público com o ordenamento territorial a partir do plano diretor de 2006. Assim, acreditamos que os maiores desafios em ordenar o território amazônico estão ligados aos fatos geradores da “urbanização desarticulada” da região (SCHMINK; CORDEIRO, 2008, p. 18). A desarticulação ocorre, sobretudo, por que “a Amazônia é um espaço social heterogêneo, e a configuração de seus sistemas de assentamento é irregular, desarticulada de qualquer princípio mestre único que possa explicar sua organização espacial” (SCHMINK; CORDEIRO, 2008, p. 18). Identifica-se o Plano Diretor como um elemento constituinte e indispensável ao Ordenamento Territorial.
