Resumo: The results related in this study are from three comparative tests of dryland cultivars of rice grown in upland at three locations in the State of Goiás: Itumbiara, Itapuranga and Anicuns. Yield data and observation taken during the two years the experiment was carried out to allow one to indicate the Gen 61-5544 and the IAC-1246 as the best cultivars for the region of the Paranaíba river as well as for the region of the Mato Grosso de Goiás.

No presente trabalho são apresentados os resultados de três experimentos entre dez cultivares de arroz de sequeiro, em terra alta, realizados em Itumbiara, Itapuranga e Anicuns, no Estado de Goiás.
