Resumo: | This paper aims at discussing the work of Maria Fernanda Salcedo Repolês, since her earlier writings to her last important text, in which she announces a new research program. To do so, at first it presents the main arguments of her master’s and her doctoral thesis on constitutional theory. Next, it focuses on the very paper with which she announces the changes in her theoretical perspective: her spatial, decolonial, feminist and anti-racist turn. After, it rises some critical questions related to this new research agenda. The general conclusion is: modern constitutionalism can, as modern constitutionalism itself – I mean, without becoming something distinct from itself or even opposed to itself –, come to be spatialized, decolonial, feminist and anti-racist. Methodologically, the paper corresponds to a categorical reconstruction of the main concepts of Maria Fernanda Salcedo Repolês’ thought about constitutionalism. |
