The inclusion of LGBTI persons' protection in the international business and human rights agenda

Resumo: The paper investigates the insertion of LGBTI rights in the human rights and business agenda. In this sense, from the theoretical framework of post-Westphalian democratic justice, proposed by Nancy Fraser, it is questioned how the agenda of Human Rights and companies can contribute to the effective recognition of LGBTI people. It proposes a research of the legal propositional type, with the intention of delineating the content of LGBTI rights to be included in the National Plans of Actions. An analysis of quantitative and qualitative content is made through the inductive method and the documentary examination technique.

Nesse sentido, a partir do marco teórico da justiça democrática pós-westfaliana, proposta por Nancy Fraser, questiona-se como a agenda de Direitos Humanos e empresas pode contribuir para a efetivação do reconhecimento das pessoas LGBTI. Propõe-se uma pesquisa do tipo jurídico propositivo, com a intenção de delinear o conteúdo de direitos LGBTI a serem incluídos nos Planos Nacionais de Ações.
