Resumo: The study is part of the research “Ties, belonging and interactions between people - actions to minimize non-permanence in distance education”, developed at a large national university, in research and productivity. The objectives were to study how the most affective relationships, from interactions, using technological tools of Distance Education - EAD, build more durable relationships, with a view to staying in academic or corporate studies. In this study, as for data collection, the research is bibliographic and documentary and, as for the objectives, it is exploratory.

Los objetivos fueron estudiar cómo las relaciones más afectivas, a partir de interacciones, utilizando herramientas tecnológicas de Educación a Distancia - EAD, construyen relaciones más duraderas, con miras a permanecer en estudios académicos o corporativos. En este estudio, en cuanto a la recogida de datos, la investigación es bibliográfica y documental y, en cuanto a los objetivos, es exploratoria.O estudo é parte da pesquisa “Laços, pertencimento e interações entre pessoas – ações para minimizar a não permanência na educação a distância”, desenvolvida em uma Universidade de grande porte nacional, em pesquisa e produtividade, cujo objetivo foi estudar como os relacionamentos mais afetivos, a partir de interações, por meio de ferramentas tecnológicas da Educação a Distância – EAD, constroem relações mais duráveis, com vistas à permanência nos estudos acadêmicos ou corporativos.
