Resumo: | The Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (EPT) mobilizes an expressive number of teachers, characterized by technical and scientific knowledge, they are: bachelors and technologists. This study sought to understand the teacher representations of non-licensed teachers through their training narratives. A qualitative research was carried out with the application of semi-structured interviews with seven female teachers and technologists. We found that the teacher representations permeate the search for pedagogical knowledge, experience and teaching as a space of conquest of women. |

La Educación Profesional y Tecnológica (EFA) moviliza un número expresivo de profesores, caracterizado por el conocimiento técnico-científico, ellos son: graduados y tecnólogos. Este estudio buscó comprender las representaciones de las profesoras sin licencia por intermedio de sus narrativas de formación. Se desarrolló una investigación cualitativa con la aplicación de entrevistas semiestructuradas, con siete profesoras sin licencia. Percibimos que las representaciones de la docencia permean la búsqueda del conocimiento pedagógico, la experiencia y la enseñanza como espacio para la conquista de las mujeres.A Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (EPT) mobiliza um expressivo número de professores, caracterizados pelo saber técnico e científico, são eles: bacharéis e tecnólogos.
