Resumo: | The article addresses goals 10 and 11 of the National Education Plan (PNE) at the Federal Institute of Ceará (IFCE). What is the status of goals 10 and 11 in secondary level technical professional education institutions? What measures have been taken to implement the strategies for each goal? The objective was to identify the status of compliance with goals 10 and 11 of the PNE in the IFCE in the provision of technical education at high school level, as well as in Education for Youth and Adults. The research is bibliographical and documentary, so the IFCE Platform in Numbers was used as a database, as well as articles in Portuguese on the digital platforms Google Scholar and SciELO Brazil. It is understood that, despite the institution demonstrating to implement the strategies of the goals and considering those that could be identified, there is still a lot to work on the PNE at IFCE. |

La investigación se basó en la Plataforma En Números, administrada por el IFCE, como base de datos. Se entiende que, a pesar de que la institución demuestra implementar las estrategias objetivo y considerando aquellas que se pudieron identificar, aún queda mucho por trabajar sobre el PNE en el IFCE.O artigo aborda as metas 10 e 11 do Plano Nacional de Educação (PNE) no Instituto Federal do Ceará (IFCE). Problema: qual a situação das metas 10 e 11 nas instituições de educação profissional técnica de nível médio? Justificativa: identificar a situação de cumprimento das metas 10 e 11 do PNE no IFCE na oferta do ensino técnico de nível médio, bem como em Educação de Jovens e Adultos. A pesquisa amparou-se na Plataforma Em Números, gerenciada pelo IFCE, como base de dados.
