Analysis of learning evaluation records in the elementary school

Resumo: This paper reports experiences carried out during a research, that aimed to identify conceptions and teaching practices with learning evaluation records;  how often they are ellaborated and what evaluative tools are used. It was developed a qualitative research, in which bibliographic studies and  documental with field research through some meetings with educational team and teachers in municipal elementary schools  from Rio Grande do Norte. At the end of this research, some conclusions were evident about evaluative conceptions and practices with the students' learning evaluation records, exposing the need of colective ways of evaluation respecting the students' individual specificities

De cunho qualitativo, desenvolveram-se estudos bibliográficos, pesquisa documental, trabalhos de campo através de encontros com docentes e equipe pedagógica que atuam nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, de escolas municipais do estado do Rio Grande do Norte.
