Resumo: The websites are currently an important tool for increasing access to knowledge, fundamental part of the development of a society. They are an important means for the dissemination of research, from the most different areas of knowledge. The agribusiness is one of these areas. In this way, the objective of this work was the description and analysis of aspects of performance and interaction of the websites of the organizations state of agricultural research, the OEPAs, located in the Southeast region of Brazil. With this purpose, were studied then websites. Initially each one of these websites was characterized, then webometrics analyzes were made with the aid of web tools and, finally, analyzes of social networks using specific software,related to indicators of interaction. With this, it was possible to evaluate the condition of the websites on the Internet, allowing the generation of research proposals and improvements, beyond options for new researches and analyzes involving the websites of these.

São um importante meio para divulgação de pesquisas, sejam elas de quaisquer áreas do conhecimento, isso não é diferente na agropecuária. Com mais de 46% da população brasileira conectada à Internet e a importância desse setor para a economia e crescimento do país, tornou-se oportuno o desenvolvimento desse trabalho, objetivando a descrição e análise de aspectos de desempenho e interação dos websites das OEPAs localizadas na região Sudeste do Brasil. Com esse propósito, foram estudados dez websites. Inicialmente cada um desses websites foi caracterizado, em seguida foram feitas análises webométricas com auxílio de ferramentas web e, por fim, realizadas análises de redes sociais utilizando softwares específicos, relacionados a indicadores de interação entre tais websites.
