Resumo: Democracy is made up of decisions taken by elected representatives of a people. These representatives should make their decisions with basement in the need of their electors, to make more and better the human life in society. This work goal is to model an information system to increase the interaction between the elected representatives and the citizens. This will be done by describing the creation of laws in a municipality, modeling systems SAAP (Sistema de Apoio à Atividade Parlamentar) and SAPL (Sistema de Apoio ao Processo Legislativo) and a modeling system that has, in addition to consultations features, functionality interaction. The proposal for this system is also accessed through the Digital TV, thereby increasing the coverage. As a result is expected to increase the political satisfaction of the citizens.

Esses representantes devem tomar suas decisões com embasamento na necessidade de seus eleitores, para deixar mais humana e melhor a vida da sociedade. Esse trabalho teve como propósito modelar um sistema de informação para aumentar a interação entre os vereadores e os cidadãos. Isso será feito, descrevendo a criação de leis em um município, modelando os sistemas SAAP (Sistema de Apoio à Atividade Parlamentar) e SAPL (Sistema de Apoio ao Processo Legislativo) e a modelagem de um sistema que possua, além de funcionalidades de consultas, funcionalidades de interação. A proposta para que esse sistema seja também acessado através da TV Digital, aumentando assim a abrangência.
