Resumo: The objective of the study was to describe the activities developed by a professional (trainee) during the training period due to Support Analyst for a company in the auto parts section, with primary emphasis in the areas of Computer Networks, IT Management, Information Security and Service Desk. The work can be characterized as an applied study and qualitative research and the main activities were: develop operating procedures, manage user’s account, network maintenance, management called users, etc. . The training developed on the company had as contribution to engaging students into the labor market, beyond the technical knowledge gained, the development of interpersonal skills and basic posture and attitudes within a corporative environment.
