Resumo: With the arising of a maket more competitive and globalized, make necessary the development of certain vital characteristic for the survival of company. One of her say respect on the larger agility in the obtainment of information and how administer under totality angle, way, focus and different objectives. The integrate system of administration acquaintanced known ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), one of the objects more resarched in the area of administration, integrating totality of information systems of the company. Introduce in this context, this article show a study of case at one co-operative society make useful the ERP. Among the conclusions, be detached the stage of implementation, where the standart ERP package not attend the specifics necessity of company; the integration proportioned by ERP systems, as well as benefit and problems to concern utilisation.

Uma delas diz respeito à maior agilidade na obtenção de informações e como administrá-la sob todos os ângulos, maneiras, enfoques e objetivos diferentes. O sistema de gestão integrada conhecido como ERP (Enterprise Resource Planing), um dos objetos mais pesquisados na área de sistemas de informação, atuam no apoio na área de gestão, integrando todos os sistemas de informações da empresa. Inserido neste contexto, este artigo apresenta um estudo de caso em uma cooperativa que utiliza o ERP.
