Over the years, medicine, as well as other health areas have done through intense trasnformations in dissemination of information and discoveries, which have come from na intense development in information technologies throughout the world. In this context, the aim of this work was to examine the impacts of the adoption and use of systems and information technology in a medical trade Co-operative, more specifically, the impacts associated with medical clinics and its professionals. In order to do this a survey was corried out with selected Co-operatives and together with information from the Cooperative we can conclude that computer science is still being installed as a benefit among the professionalks surveyed, causing impacts such as: difficulties in using and understanding the programs, lack of adequate training, distrust in the level of security computer science provides and dissatisfaction in the medical software. There is still a lot to be done to orientate computer science in the medical field in a way that will socialize its benefits and prevent or at least lessen its domages. In order to speed up the process there is a necessity of greater interation between the office and the Co-operative in where there is a concern in learning computer science.
