Resumo: | Considering aspects/religious/personal beliefs are central to Quality of Life (QoL), including to follow the logic of the definition of health, which includes the physical, mental, social and spiritual dimensions. Comprehensive care also includes eating behavior (EB) and the Human Right to Adequate Nutrition (HRAN), which has become increasingly mandatory in recent years, especially in families involving children and adolescents. When it is not guaranteed, the subjects live in a situation of Food Insecurity (FI) or that interfere with QOL. It is common to change in EB such as cognitive restriction (CR), emotional eating (EE) and lack of food control. In this context, the objectives of this study were evaluated in 11 school years of 5 small cities in the south of Minas Gerais; i) QoL in humanitarian/religious/personal growth (SRQOL) dimensions of the FEQ-R21): EE, CR, lack of food control; iii) RC dietary practices (EBIA, and iv) dietary practices. It was also aimed to identify, identify; v) personal respects/religious/beliefs with the EB; vi) of the EB with eating practices and, vii) the interference of FI in QOL. The investigation was carried out through the application of online questionnaires. Analyzes were used; descriptive, cluster, Student's t test, Pearson and Spearman correlation. The grouping was done according to socioeconomic conditions and divided into two groups; the group with lower socioeconomic conditions (LSC) and the group with higher socioeconomic conditions (HSC). Most were in FI with a higher prevalence in the LSC. There was a statistical difference between being and not being in AI and the scores on the facets, connection to a being/spiritual force, finding meaning in life, having a feeling of wholeness/integration, admiration and inner peace. However, there was no difference in the faith, spiritual strength, hope and optimism facets. The most frequent EB was that of EE and CR, which were correlated, indicating that most people with EE had a tendency to CR. Lack of food control was the least present and was correlated with the consumption of some negative markers, such as the habit of drinking soda and frequenting fast foods. Among the dietary practices, the consumption of ultra-processed foods was common, especially sugary products. On the other hand, practices related to positive markers, such as consuming wholemeal flour and eating fruit for breakfast, were not common. Among the EB and with the resplendente CR with the SRBP but not with the EE and lack of food control. It is concluded that FI can interfere with QOL related to SRBP aspects, causing subjects to have difficulties in self-development. Likewise, people in FI can use spirituality/faith to face the situation. With Nutritional between the EB, WHOQOL SRBP and CR, it may be interrelated with the SRBP aspects. individuals may be able to be attitudinal and conscientious about and health to favor. |

With Nutritional between the EB, WHOQOL SRBP and CR, it may be interrelated with the SRBP aspects. individuals may be able to be attitudinal and conscientious about and health to favor.
