Usos dos resultados do SARESP na produção de conhecimento publicada em periódicos científicos nacionais (1996-2018)

The article presents the result of an analysis of the production of knowledge about the uses of SARESP results published in national scientific journals in the period from 1996 to 2018. To this end, a bibliographic research was proposed, associated with the methodological strategies adopted by studies called “state of knowledge” and content analysis. This methodology was developed in four stages: I) Mapping the sources; II) Systematization of the collected data; III) Analysis and interpretation of data; and IV) Presentation of the research results. In the research, 21 articles about SARESP were found in the databases of SciELO journals and in the Portal Educ@, 13 of these articles present elements that correspond to the objectives of this research. The data show that the uses of the SARESP results are directed to “actions”, “disclosures”, “teaching work”, “blaming”, “bonuses”, “planning”, “curriculum direction”, “control of the authorities” and "teacher training". We understand that the results of external evaluations, such as SARESP, still need more reflection by all those interested in the evaluation process.
