This research aims to identify and describe the logistical activities necessary to carry out the same. In addition, it intends to detect possible failures and propose improvements so that the level of service provided is not compromised. The organization of the ball involves four phases, namely: conception - information gathering; pre-event - planning and organization; transevent - execution; post-event - disassembly and evaluation. In methodological terms, this is a case study with a quantitative and qualitative approach. For data collection, semi-structured interviews, participant observation and the application of a post-event assessment questionnaire were carried out in order to obtain customer perception and satisfaction. In the pre-event phase, there is a greater involvement of the organizers in the entire planning of the event. In the execution of the event, the activities are checked through the checklist control instrument. In the post-event, in addition to the description of the disassembly activities, the evaluation was carried out using the customer satisfaction questionnaire. It is concluded that the service level has been reached, but there are some flaws to be remedied for future events.
