Resumo: Promoting education in Human Rights is, essentially, enabling the formation of a culture of respect for human dignity through the promotion and living of the values of freedom, justice, equality, solidarity, cooperation, tolerance and peace. In this sense, the objective of this study is to catalog what the researches carried out in the Brazilian Stricto Sensu Post-Graduation say about human rights in Technical Courses of Medium Level between the years 2008 to 2022. The study was constituted from the cataloging and analysis of theses and dissertations available in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD). This is a basic research with a qualitative approach. As for its objectives, it is classified as exploratory and descriptive with documental and bibliographic technical procedures. It concludes by emphasizing the relevance of the theme of Human Rights, which it is argued to be included as a curricular component of the various levels of education and national courses, bearing in mind that education in Human Rights promotes a plural, inclusive and democratic education.

En ese sentido, el objetivo de este estudio es catalogar lo que dicen las investigaciones realizadas en el Posgrado Stricto Sensu brasileño sobre los derechos humanos en Cursos Técnicos de Nivel Medio entre los años 2008 a 2022. El estudio se constituyó a partir de la catalogación y análisis de tesis y disertaciones disponibles en la Biblioteca Digital Brasileña de Tesis y Disertaciones (BDTD). Se trata de una investigación básica con un enfoque cualitativo. En cuanto a sus objetivos, se clasifica en exploratorio y descriptivo con procedimientos técnicos documentales y bibliográficos. Se concluye destacando la relevancia del tema de los Derechos Humanos, que se argumenta para ser incluido como componente curricular de los diversos niveles de enseñanza y cursos nacionales, teniendo en cuenta que la educación en Derechos Humanos promueve una educación plural, inclusiva y democrática.Promover a educação em Direitos Humanos é, essencialmente, possibilitar a formação de uma cultura de respeito à dignidade humana por meio da promoção e vivência dos valores da liberdade, da justiça, da igualdade, da solidariedade, da cooperação, da tolerância e da paz. Nesse sentido, o objetivo deste estudo é catalogar o que dizem as pesquisas realizadas na Pós-Graduação Stricto Sensu brasileira acerca dos Direitos Humanos nos Cursos Técnicos de Nível Médio entre os anos de 2008 a 2022. O estudo foi constituído a partir da catalogação e da análise das teses e dissertações disponíveis na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD). Trata-se de uma pesquisa de natureza básica com abordagem qualitativa. Quanto aos seus objetivos, é classificada como exploratória e descritiva com procedimentos técnicos documental e bibliográfico.
