Resumo: This study sought to understand the definition of health by the World Health Organization and its correlation with the mental illnesses of workers in the Unified Health System - (SUS) and the Unified Social Assistance System - (SUAS), given their institutional vulnerabilities. and labor. The objective was to identify the meanings of biopsychosocial well-being from an institutional perspective as well as its consequences for people, based on the Safe Work Program of the Labor Court in the biennium 2020/2022 and World Mental Health: Transforming mental health for all” from the World Health Organization, launched in 2022. The methodology used was based on a bibliographical review on the subject of public policies of the SUS and SUAS, in order to provide examples of these policies and their ability to help their users.
