Resumo: This study is part of the research group School, Curriculum, and Teacher Education. Formação Docente. It investigates the integrated curriculum of the National Program for the Integration of Vocational Integration of Professional and Basic Education in the modality of Youth and Adult Education and Adult Education - PROEJA in school permanence, with the main objective of to analyze the integrated curriculum of the technical course in computer network offered by PROEJA PROEJA in the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology - IFMA, São José de Ribamar campus José de Ribamar campus and its repercussions in the permanence of young people and adults in the course. course. In the fundamentation of this research, we searched for theorists who deal with the main categories of the study, as well as official documents such as laws, decrees, resolutions Resolutions, Institutional Development Plan (2019 - 2023), Institutional Institutional Pedagogical Project (2019-2023) and the course plan for the computer network of IFMA. Qualitative research was adopted as a methodological approach, conceiving the object of study in its historicity, movement and contradictions. It was used as a technique used as a technique for data collection the bibliographic research, the documentary research, and the field field research. The data collected were analyzed by means of content analysis content, where it was possible to use the expression analysis identifying the situation in the context of the course of the subjects involved, and the analysis of relationships from correlations between the elements. Thus, it was possible to identify that the organization of the integrated curriculum favors the strengthening of a comprehensive training. Investiga-se o currículo integrado do Programa Nacional de Integração da Educação Profissional com a Educação Básica na modalidade de Educação de Jovens e Adultos – PROEJA na permanência escolar, tendo como principal objetivo analisar o currículo integrado do curso técnico em rede de computadores ofertado pelo PROEJA no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia – IFMA, campus São José de Ribamar e as suas repercussões na permanência dos jovens e adultos no curso. Na fundamentação desta pesquisa, buscou-se teóricos que versam sobre as principais categorias do estudo, além de documentos oficiais como Leis, Decretos, Resoluções, Plano de Desenvolvimento Institucional (2019 – 2023), Projeto Pedagógico Institucional (2019-2023) e o plano de curso rede de computadores do IFMA. Adotou-se a pesquisa qualitativa como enfoque metodológico, concebendo o objeto de estudo na sua historicidade, movimento e contradições. Utilizou-se como técnica para recolha de dados a pesquisa bibliográfica, a pesquisa documental e a pesquisa de campo. Os dados coletados foram analisados por meio da análise de conteúdo, onde foi possível utilizar a análise de expressão identificando a situação no contexto do curso dos sujeitos envolvidos, e a análise das relações a partir de correlações entre os elementos. Assim, foi possível identificar que a organização do currículo integrado favorece o fortalecimento de uma formação integral. Identificou-se ainda alguns avanços como uma proposta curricular pautada na perspectiva do currículo integrado, auxílio da instituição aos estudantes, relação favorável entre os pares, e os desafios que perpassam por disciplinas ainda justapostas, dificuldade na relação teoria e prática, formação docente e o próprio contexto de pandemia que também influenciou significativamente na permanência dos alunos no curso, além de desafios que historicamente têm permeado a modalidade de Educação de Jovens e Adultos.
