This research discusses and elaborates a diagnosis of the communication and marketing strategies adopted by the Court of Justice of Maranhão (TJMA), in its profile on the online platforms it uses, focusing on the National Policy for the Proper Treatment of Conflicts of Interest, more known as the Conciliation Policy. The work is based on the need for Justice in Maranhão to implement an effective communication policy, both in the analogue environment and in the digital environment, with a view to promoting consensual conflict resolution. During the study, as a methodology, a bibliographical review, monitoring and polling of contents in the social networks of the Court of Justice of Maranhão, data scraping, reports issued by the Judiciary, in addition to research forms applied to people who follow or not the TJMA social networks, which use the services of the 1st Conflict Resolution Center of the Court of Justice and, also, professionals who work in the Communication Offices of the Maranhão Justice. The aim was to prepare a Communication Manual, aimed at Communication advisors from the Justice Department in Maranhão, with a view to promoting the Conciliation Policy in society. The project is part of an interdisciplinary context, mobilizing knowledge built by researchers in the areas of public communication, organizational communication and digital marketing, in dialogue with the legal area.
