ASTROBIOLOGY IN THE CONTEXT OF SCIENCE TEACHING IN BRAZIL:: WORLDVIEWS OF RESEARCHERS AND TEACHERS IN THE AREA

Resumo: | Within the scope of a Master's dissertation, we sought to structure understandings about Astrobiology in the context of science teaching in Brazil, given the cosmovision of researchers and teachers who work in Basic or Higher Education in the country. To this end, the phenomenological analysis of the individual and collective discourses of six research collaborators, transcribed and described from recorded and written interviews, was sought to weave cosmovisions about the elements that structure astrobiology in the context of science teaching in Brazil. With these movements, three nuclei of ideas were articulated, namely: Potential for the construction of scientific knowledge (NI1); Institutional, ontological and epistemological challenges (NI2); Perspectives and possibilities in the national scenario (NI3). Certainly, an emerging field of science that demands a multidisciplinary perspective would present challenges and obstacles to be inserted in the context of Brazilian science education. However, it cannot be denied that there are already many possibilities and potentialities that can be explored in this context. |

However, it cannot be denied that there are already many possibilities and potentialities that can be explored in this context.En el marco de una disertación de Maestría, buscamos estructurar comprensiones sobre Astrobiología en el contexto de la enseñanza de las ciencias en Brasil, dada la cosmovisión de investigadores y docentes que actúan en la Educación Básica o Superior en el país. Para ello, se buscó el análisis fenomenológico de los discursos individuales y colectivos de seis colaboradores de investigación, transcritos y descritos a partir de entrevistas grabadas y escritas, para tejer cosmovisiones sobre los elementos que estructuran la astrobiología en el contexto de la enseñanza de las ciencias en Brasil. Con estos movimientos se articularon tres núcleos de ideas, a saber: Potencial para la construcción del conocimiento científico (NI1); Desafíos institucionales, ontológicos y epistemológicos (NI2); Perspectivas y posibilidades en el escenario nacional (NI3). Ciertamente, un campo emergente de la ciencia que exige una perspectiva multidisciplinar presentaría desafíos y obstáculos para insertarse en el contexto de la educación científica brasileña. Sin embargo, no se puede negar que ya existen muchas posibilidades y potencialidades que se pueden explorar en este contexto.No âmbito de uma dissertação de Mestrado, buscou-se estruturar compreensões a respeito da Astrobiologia no contexto do ensino de ciências no Brasil, diante a cosmovisão de pesquisadores e professores que atuam na Educação Básica ou Superior no País. Para tanto, almejou-se pela análise fenomenológica dos discursos individuais e coletivos de seis colaboradores de pesquisa, transcritos e descritos a partir de entrevistas gravadas e escritas, tecer cosmovisões sobre os elementos que estruturam a astrobiologia no contexto do ensino de ciências no Brasil. Com esses movimentos articulou-se três núcleos de ideias, sendo eles: Potencial para a construção de conhecimentos científicos (NI1); Desafios institucionais, ontológicos e epistemológicos (NI2); Perspectivas e possibilidades no cenário nacional (NI3). Certamente um campo emergente da ciência que demanda uma ótica multidisciplinar apresentaria desafios e obstáculos para ser inserida no contexto do ensino de ciências brasileiro.
