LEISURE AND WORK: ANALYSIS OF THE LEISURE INTERESTS OF OUTSOURCING WORKERS OF THE IFCE – CAMPUS JUAZEIRO DO NORTE

Resumo: This article has as porpose to discuss the relationship between leisure and work based on the leisure practices of the outsourced worker. Based on the objectives: analyze and classify the leisure practices of the outsourced IFCE - Juazeiro do Norte servers from the leisure interests of Dumazedier (1979), was used a qualitative of character exploratory methodology, making possible the realization semi-structured interviews with 16 employees outsourceds IFCE - Juazeiro do Norte, being eight male and eight female. The results evidenced the prevalence of leisure practices in social and physical interests and a low frequency of manual and intellectual interests. In this way, it is perceived that the productive system, together with others conditions, masks the possibilities of development of the citizen, enhancings their precariousness in the other social spheres, making this theme target of constants investigations, not limited to the results of this study.

Con base en los objetivos: analizar y clasificar las prácticas de ocio de los servidores tercerizados de IFCE - Juazeiro do Norte desde los intereses de ocio de Dumazedier (1979), se utilizó una metodología cualitativa de carácter exploratorio, permitiendo la realización de entrevistas semiestructuradas con 16 servidores tercerizados del IFCE - Juazeiro do Norte, siendo ocho participantes del sexo masculino y ocho del sexo femenino. Los resultados evidenciaron la prevalencia de las prácticas de ocio en los intereses sociales y físicos y una baja frecuencia de intereses manuales e intelectuales. De ese modo, se percibe que el sistema productivo, junto con otras condiciones, enmascara las posibilidades de desarrollo del ciudadano, potenciando su precarización en las demás esferas sociales, haciendo este tema foco de investigaciones constantes, no limitándose a los resultados de este estudio.O presente artigo visa discutir a relação lazer e trabalho a partir das práticas de lazer do trabalhador terceirizado. Com base nos objetivos: analisar e classificar as práticas de lazer dos servidores terceirizados do IFCE – Juazeiro do norte a partir dos interesses do lazer de Dumazedier (1979), utilizou-se uma metodologia qualitativa de caráter exploratório, possibilitando a realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas com 16 servidores terceirizados do IFCE – Juazeiro do Norte, sendo oito participantes do sexo masculino e oito do sexo feminino. Os resultados evidenciaram a prevalência das práticas de lazer nos interesses sociais e físicos e uma baixa frequência de interesses manuais e intelectuais.
