WORKERS' PERCEPTION OF LEISURE PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES OFFERED BY GREMIG/CEMIG

Resumo: | There is a growing concern on the part of companies regarding to the human being life considering the context of worker-company relations, guiding then to actions privileging the individual's well-being, such as the leisure. In this perspective, the aim of this research is analyzing the perception of workers from a large company in Minas Gerais (CEMIG), members of its recreational association (GREMIG), about spaces and leisure activities offered, identifying the limits and the possibilities of these actions and the use of spaces by workers. The methodology chosen was a descriptive-quantitative research, using the case study and survey, applying an online questionnaire as a collection tool. The results showed that leisure offered by the company is considered as an option for workers, for whom leisure is related to quality of life, fun and searching for satisfaction. Workers recognize that the leisure brings benefits to them and the company. Then, it is concluded that the worker realizes the leisure offered as part of his/her routine and even though it is offered by the company / association, it is considered as a personal choice. |

En ese sentido, el objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la percepción de los trabajadores de una gran empresa de Minas Gerais (CEMIG), miembros de su asociación lúdica (GREMIG), sobre los espacios y actividades de ocio que ofrece, identificando los límites y las posibilidades de estas acciones y el uso de espacios por trabajadores que los experimentan. La metodología elegida fue una investigación descriptiva-cuantitativa, utilizando el estudio de caso y la encuesta, empleando un cuestionario online como herramienta de recolección. Los resultados mostraron que el ocio que ofrece la empresa es considerado como una opción para los trabajadores, que conceptualizan el ocio vinculado a la calidad de vida, la diversión y la búsqueda de satisfacción. Los trabajadores reconocen que el ocio trae beneficios para ellos y también para la empresa. Luego, se concluye que el trabajador se da cuenta de que el ocio ofrecido forma parte de su rutina y aunque lo ofrece la empresa / asociación, se considera como una elección personal.É crescente a preocupação, por parte das empresas, com a vida do ser humano no contexto das relações trabalhador-empresa, conduzindo a ações que privilegiam o bem estar do indivíduo, considerando entre elas, o lazer. Nesse sentido, o objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar a percepção de trabalhadores de uma grande empresa de Minas Gerais (CEMIG), integrantes de sua associação recreativa (GREMIG), sobre espaços e ações de lazer ofertados, identificando os limites e as possibilidades dessas ações e uso dos espaços pelos trabalhadores que as vivenciam. A metodologia escolhida foi uma pesquisa do tipo descritiva-quantitativa, utilizando o estudo de caso e survey, empregando como instrumento de coleta um questionário online. Os resultados apontaram que o lazer ofertado pela empresa é tido como opção para os trabalhadores, que conceituam o lazer ligado à qualidade de vida, divertimento e busca de satisfação. Os trabalhadores reconhecem que o lazer traz benefícios para eles e também para a empresa.
