Resumo: This article have the purpose to discuss cinema and your possibilities in the learning of Administration. For that, we have been presented some work done in this area and show the possibilities of cinema in a critical and reflective way of education. Still, in this text, we share our experience from an extension project about cinema and its developments in teaching and research. We intend, with the presentation of our proposal and the reflections that we have here, to foment the discussion about cinema in the Administration, as well as our expectation of new paths of formative processes.

Para ello, presentamos algunos trabajos ya realizados en esa vertiente en el área y planteamos sobre las posibilidades del cine en una vía crítica y reflexiva de educación. Aún, compartimos sobre nuestra experiencia a partir de un proyecto de extensión universitária sobre el cine y sus desdoblamientos en la enseñanza y en la investigación. Intentamos, con la presentación de nuestra propuesta y de las reflexiones que aquí tejemos, que se promueva la discusión sobre cine en la Administración, así como nuestra expectativa de nuevos caminos de procesos formativos.O presente artigo tem como objetivo discutir sobre o cinema e suas possibilidades de formação em Administração. Para tanto, apresentamos alguns trabalhos já realizados nessa vertente na área e expomos sobre as possibilidades do cinema em uma via crítica e reflexiva de educação. Ainda nesse texto, compartilhamos sobre nossa experiência a partir de um projeto de extensão sobre cinema e seus desdobramentos no ensino e na pesquisa.
