CONTEMPORARY RESONANCES OF PSYCHODYNAMICS OF WORK IN THE FIELD OF BRAZILIAN ADMINISTRATION: A BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS OF SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTION FROM 2007 TO 2019

Resumo: This research presents a bibliometric analysis on Psychodynamics of Work (PoW) from 2007 to 2019 based on articles available on Portal CAPES, SciELO e SPELL. The analysis focuses on eight objective aspects of scientific production on the subject: publications types, journals that published these studies, most frequent words in titles, abstracts and keywords, theoretical references, research methods employed, authorship distribution, most prolific authors and institutional affiliations of authors. Empirical and qualitative articles published in interdisciplinary journals predominated among the publications. For future research, it seems opportune to address studies on PoW more in line with the directions most recently proposed by Christophe Dejours: action research focusing on intervention and discussion of actions to promote worker health, critical articulations and political and economic issues, and the adoption of multiple research methods, with special attention to the work clinic method.

El análisis se centra en ocho aspectos objetivos de la producción científica sobre el tema: tipos de publicaciones, revistas que publicaron estos estudios, palabras más frecuentes en títulos, resúmenes y palabras clave, referencias teóricas, métodos de investigación empleados, distribución de la autoría, autores más prolíficos y afiliaciones institucionales de los autores. Entre las publicaciones predominaron los artículos empíricos y cualitativos publicados en revistas interdisciplinarias. Para futuras investigaciones, parece oportuno abordar estudios sobre PdT más en línea con las direcciones propuestas más recientemente por Christophe Dejours: investigación-acción centrada en la intervención y discusión de acciones para promover la salud de los trabajadores, articulaciones críticas y cuestiones político-económicas, y la adopción de múltiples métodos de investigación, con especial atención al método de clínica de trabajo.Esta pesquisa apresenta uma revisão bibliométrica acerca da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho (PdT), com base nos artigos publicados de 2007 a 2019 nas bases do Portal CAPES, SciELO e SPELL. A análise se concentra em oito aspectos objetivos da produção científica sobre o tema: tipos de publicações, periódicos nos quais os artigos foram publicados, palavras mais frequentes nos títulos, resumos e palavras-chave, referências teóricas, metodologias adotadas, distribuição da autoria, autores mais prolíferos e filiações institucionais dos autores. Artigos empíricos e qualitativos publicados em periódicos interdisciplinares predominaram dentre as publicações analisadas.
