NON-CONVENTIONAL FORMS OF ORGANIZATION AND ADMINISTRATOR TRAINING IN BRAZIL: AN ANALYSIS THROUGH ENADE EVALUATIONS 2002-2018

Resumo: | The aim of this study was to analyze the professional qualification of Business Administration graduates to work in non-conventional organizations. To illustrate this type of organization, we bring the phenomenon of solidarity economy. To do so, we sought to know, from the analysis of the National Curriculum Guidelines for the Administration course, which are the indications regarding the profile of the graduate. An analysis of the National Student Performance Examination was carried out. This analysis was based on reading the synthesis reports produced and made available in digital form by Inep, referring to the years 2006 to 2018; and in the contents charged in the tests of the same period. In the methodological path, we opted for an exploratory study, with a qualitative approach and a documentary research method. After our analysis, we concluded that administrators are still being trained to reproduce the utilitarian logic of management. |

El objetivo de este estudio consistió en el análisis de la calificación profesional de los egresados del curso de Administración para actuar en organizaciones de cuño no convencional. Para ilustrar, traemos el fenómeno de la economía solidaria. Para ello, se buscó conocer, a partir del análisis de las DCN del curso de Administración, cuáles son las indicaciones en cuanto al perfil del egresado deseado. Después de ese levantamiento, se partió para un análisis del ENADE que evalúa el rendimiento de los concluyentes de los cursos de graduación. Este análisis se basó en la lectura de los informes síntesis producidos y disponibles en forma digital por el INEP, referentes a los años 2002 a 2012;. En la metodología, optamos por un estudio exploratorio, de abordaje cualitativo y método de investigación documental. Después de nuestros análisis, llegamos a la conclusión de que aún se está formando administradores para reproducir la lógica utilitarista.O objetivo desse estudo consistiu na análise da qualificação profissional dos egressos do curso de Administração para atuarem em organizações de cunho não convencional. Para ilustrar esse tipo de organização, trazemos o fenômeno da economia solidária. Para tanto, se buscou conhecer, a partir da análise das DCN do curso de Administração, quais são as indicações quanto ao perfil do egresso desejado. Após esse levantamento, partiu-se para uma análise do ENADE que avalia o rendimento dos concluintes dos cursos de graduação. Tal análise baseou-se na leitura dos relatórios síntese produzidos e disponibilizados em forma digital pelo INEP, referentes aos anos de 2002 a 2012; e nos conteúdos cobrados nas provas do mesmo período. No percurso metodológico, optamos por um estudo exploratória, de abordagem qualitativa e método de pesquisa documental.
