Resumo: The aim of this essay was to explore and articulate the concepts of memory, identity and ethnography, as a way of elucidating the contributions that this articulation has for studies in administration. This objective was intended to elucidate the contributions of Cavedon to my academic life. To this end, I began the essay by elucidating the role of Neusa and the teachings in my academic life, which allowed the construction of the essay. After this introduction, the intention was to explore the relationship between ethnography and memory and ethnography and identity anthropology articles. Soon after, the intention was to develop a text to elucidate the importance and centrality of memory and identity in the development of ethnography. Finally, I conclude by highlighting the importance of Neusa for the findings described in this essay, as well as the description of my most sincere thanks for being part of my academic life.

Este objetivo tenía la intención de dilucidar las contribuciones de Neusa Rolita Cavedon a mi vida académica. Con este fin, comencé el ensayo aclarando el papel de Neusa y las enseñanzas en mi vida académica, lo que permitió la construcción del ensayo. Después de esta introducción, la intención era explorar la relación entre etnografía y memoria y etnografía e identidad en artículos de antropología. Poco después, la intención era desarrollar un texto para dilucidar la importancia y centralidad de la memoria y la identidad en el desarrollo de la etnografía. Finalmente, concluyo destacando la importancia de Neusa para los hallazgos descritos, así como la descripción de mi más sincero agradecimiento por ser parte de mi vida académica.O objetivo nesse ensaio foi explorar e articular os conceitos de memória, identidade e etnografia, como forma de elucidar as contribuições que esse articulação possui para os estudos em administração. Esse objetivo teve como pressuposto elucidar as contribuições de Neusa Rolita Cavedon para minha vida acadêmica. Para tanto, eu iniciei o ensaio elucidando o papel da Neusa e dos ensinamentos na minha vida acadêmica, que permitiu a construção do ensaio. Após essa introdução, a intenção foi explorar as relações entre etnografia e memória e etnografia e identidade em artigos da área de antropologia. Logo em seguida, o intuito foi desenvolver um texto para elucidar a importância e centralidade da memória e da identidade no desenvolvimento da etnografia.
