Resumo: | The traditional functions of public administration have increasingly expanded to include the implementation of social purposes and the achievement of substantial equality. In this paper the notion of “result administration”, in its polysemic meaning, is used on the hand, precisely, to identify its contents; on the other hand, to question the paradigm of necessity of “public” administration as the best way to achieve social ends. With respect to this last point, there are many aspects that allow, in order to achieve the desired result, to develope that forms of public-private cooperation in the exercise of the administrative function, such as those determined by the generalization of co-programming and co-planning of services of general interest (betwen public administrations and the third sector entities), are at the basis of the possible affirmation of new administration paradigms. |
