Empirical research in the ergological approach in Brasil from 1980 to 2018

Resumo: Ergology was originated in the 1980´s as an approach focused on understanding human activity and work based on the worker´s knowledge and experience. The overall objective was to conduct bibliographic research in scientific databases on the ergonomic approach in Brazil from 1980 to 2018. The specific objectives were: to describe the profile of scientific productions of empirical studies within the Brazilian context based on Ergology; to identify and organize the main results of research in Brazil that used the ergologic approach. The methodology consists of a literature review study of empirical articles published between 1980 to 2018 in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) databases. Forty-five articles were selected, most of which based on qualitative methods and share efforts showing promising results for the understanding of the relationship between subjectivity and work, revealing how workers from different professional categories related singularly to their work activities. The diversity of experiences presented shows that the ergological approach is consolidated among Brazilian researchers as a method widely used by research centers and groups from different institutions

O objetivo geral visou realizar uma pesquisa bibliográfica em bases de dados científicas sobre a abordagem ergológica no Brasil no período de 1980 a 2018. Os objetivos específicos foram: descrever o perfil das produções científicas de estudos empíricos no contexto brasileiro embasadas na Ergologia; identificar e organizar os principais resultados das pesquisas no Brasil que utilizaram a abordagem ergológica. A metodologia consiste num estudo de revisão da literatura de artigos empíricos publicados entre 1980 a 2018 nas bases de dados da Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). Foram selecionados 45 artigos, que, em sua grande maioria foram pautados em métodos qualitativos e comungam esforços em mostrar resultados promissores para a compreensão da relação entre subjetividade e trabalho, revelando como trabalhadores de diferentes categorias profissionais se relacionaram singularmente com suas atividades de trabalho.
