Professional Project for youth of the Family agricultural school: the relationship work and education in the emancipation of youth

Resumo: The objective of this article is to investigate the contributions of the professional project of the young graduates of the Escola Família Agrícola Rosalvo da Rocha Rodrigues with a focus on professional training, job generation and income. The data are from the research of Mestrado in andamento entitled "Training processes via alternation: graduates from the Rosalvo da Rocha Rodrigues Agricultural Family School - EFAR". Or study is based not historical-dialectical materialism. A data analysis was carried out by means of a semi-structured interview with six school graduates in the pattern, concluding in the period from 1999 to 2009. As a result, it was verified that training via alternating pedagogy makes it possible for young people to have professional training in the emancipatory perspective of training. for life, enabling, in some cases, the permanence of young people in the field and their professional performance as an agent of local development of their community. The difficulty of not accessing investments for custody must be highlighted, making it difficult to concretize the project. However, the young professional project makes it possible to graduate from the Agricultural Family School to the possibility of generating work and income and, therefore, to improve the communities located in the countryside.

Os dados são oriundos da pesquisa de Mestrado em andamento intitulada “Processos formativos via alternância: egressos da escola família Agrícola Rosalvo da Rocha Rodrigues – EFAR”. O estudo está fundamentado no materialismo histórico-dialético. A análise de dados ocorreu por meio de entrevista semiestruturada com seis egressos da escola em pauta, concluintes no período de 1999 a 2009. Como resultados, verificou-se que a formação via pedagogia da alternância possibilita ao jovem a formação profissional na perspectiva emancipatória de formação para a vida, possibilitando, em alguns casos, a permanência do jovem no campo e sua atuação profissional como agente de desenvolvimento local de sua comunidade. Há de se ressaltar a dificuldade no acesso a investimentos para custeio, dificultando a concretização do projeto.
