Resumo: | With the ease of insertion in higher education, the increase in the number of professionals trained for the job market was corroborated. This study aims to identify which factors led these professionals to seek other professions different of their backgrounds. A study was carried out through an online questionnaire, 56 people participated in the survey, 64.3% of whom were female and 35.7% male, with an average age of 31 years, who have higher education, but do not exercise their real profession. The results obtained show that factors such as competitiveness, unemployment, lack of opportunities, lack of experience and need for remuneration are the main obstacles encountered in not working in their area of training, in addition to a large increase in qualified professionals working in the area of telemarketing. It was concluded that the difficulties faced make them search for alternative solutions in order to enter the labor market. |

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo identificar quais fatores levaram esses profissionais a buscarem outras profissões diferentes de suas formações. Foi realizado um estudo através de questionário online, participaram da pesquisa 56 pessoas, sendo 64,3% do sexo feminino e 35,7% do sexo masculino com média de idade de 31 anos, que possuem formação de nível superior, porém não exercem sua profissão de formação. Os resultados obtidos propagam que fatores como competividade, desemprego, falta de oportunidades, falta de experiência e necessidade de remuneração são os principais obstáculos encontrados na não atuação em sua área de formação, além de um grande aumento de profissionais qualificados atuantes na área de telemarketing.
