Scavenger hunt as a soil teaching tool in higher education: case report

Resumo: The educational process over the years has undergone several changes in its structure, being adapted to human development and modern society. Learning in a playful way provides the student with greater involvement with activities and pleasure in carrying them out in the classroom. The importance of play in the development of children, adolescents, adults and elderly people is identified, without age or ethnic restrictions. The present paper had as objective to report the activities and results obtained with the adoption of scavenger hunts of soil at UNIPAMPA. Educational competitions were held with the students of the Soils curricular component of the courses in Forestry Engineering and Environmental Management at UNIPAMPA, having as their theme the contents developed in the discipline in order to create opportunities for greater understanding, interest in the content, social integrity and pleasure with the studies. The tasks performed in the competitions were called Memory Game, Mimicry with drawing, crossword, what is the soil and pie on the face. The playful treatment in soils showed a high degree of satisfaction, cooperation and reception among the students.

Aprender de forma lúdica proporciona al alumno una mayor implicación con las actividades y el placer de realizarlas en el aula. Se identifica la importancia del juego en el desarrollo de niños, adolescentes, adultos y adultos mayores, sin restricciones de edad o etnia. El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo reportar las actividades y resultados obtenidos con la realización de yincanas de suelo en la UNIPAMPA. Se realizaron concursos didácticos con los estudiantes del componente curricular Suelos de las carreras de Ingeniería Forestal y Gestión Ambiental de la UNIPAMPA, teniendo como tema los contenidos desarrollados en la disciplina con el fin de generar espacios de mayor comprensión, interés por el contenido, integridad social y placer con los estudios. Las tareas realizadas en las competencias fueron juego de memoria, mímica con dibujo, crucigrama, cuál es el solo y pastel en la cara. El trato lúdico en solos mostró un alto grado de satisfacción, cooperación y acogida entre los alumnos.O processo educacional, ao longo dos anos, submeteu-se a várias alterações em sua estrutura, adaptando-se ao desenvolvimento humano e à sociedade moderna. O aprendizado por meio do lúdico proporciona ao discente maior envolvimento e prazer ao realizar as atividades em sala de aula. Identifica-se a importância do lúdico no desenvolvimento da criança, do adolescente, do adulto e do idoso, sem haver restrições de idade ou etnia. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo relatar as atividades e os resultados obtidos com a realização de gincanas de solos na Universidade Federal do Pampa (UNIPAMPA). As gincanas educativas foram realizadas com discentes do componente curricular de Solos, dos cursos de Engenharia Florestal e Gestão Ambiental, da UNIPAMPA. As gincanas tiveram como temas os conteúdos desenvolvidos na disciplina, com o intuito de oportunizar maior entendimento e interesse acerca desses conteúdos, integridade social e prazer nos estudos. As tarefas realizadas nas gincanas foram jogo da memória, mímica com desenho, cruzadinha, qual é o solo e torta na cara.
