Resumo: This is a descriptive exploratory study to find new know-how in nursing, to be used in the health care provided by the Family Health Program. It includes health care, management, education and professional profile which transform nursing processes. This includes a wider view of the health-sickness process, a transformation of the nursing profile, the interdependence of actions carried out by the multi-professional team and work between different sectors in order to lead to an understanding and a respect to individuals and a holistic approach in health care.

Presenta aspectos relativos a las prácticas asistenciales, de gerencia, educación y perfil profesional que expresan la transformación de los procesos de trabajo en Enfermería. Entre los determinantes de estos cambios se identificaron la visión ampliada del proceso salud-enfermedad, la transformación del perfil profesional, la complementariedad de las acciones realizadas por el equipo multiprofesional y la intersectorialidad centrada en acciones que lleven a la comprensión y respeto a la subjetividad e integralidad de la atención en salud.Estudo exploratório descritivo que visou identificar ações que evidenciem pistas para a definição de um novo saber-fazer em Enfermagem, consoante com a proposta de saúde do Programa de Saúde da Família (PSF). Apresenta aspectos relativos a práticas assistenciais, de gerenciamento, educativas e perfil profissional que expressam a transformação dos processos de trabalho em Enfermagem.
