Resumo: It is a study about the chief emergency incidents experienced by students that are in health area courses of the UFMG and have first aids instructions. Further on surveyning the incidents that had greater incidence, the authors identify the principal difficulties presented by these students in rendering first aids.

Además de investigar sobre los casos más atendidos, las autoras identifican las principales dificultades de estes alumnos durante el atendimiento de primeros auxilios.Trata-se de um estudo sobre as principais ocorrências de situações de emergência, vivenciadas por alunos da graduação de cursos da área de saúde da UFMG e que já receberam noções de primeiros socorros.
