Resumo: | To think about a given nation is to recognize and dispute it at the same time. To understand the general framework of power which constitute and fight for brasilianity is a task that belongs solely to the Philosophy of the State, enriched by all scientific contributions which allows it to do so. This article seeks to carry out a reading of Brazil in three moments that all continue to act and dispute, by themselves or by agents, the meaning of true brasilianity. Brazil in-itself is a nation of affections and pain, a people whose rich traditions enchants and whose hardships arouse interest, its projects are of timid external projection and a sense of leaving itself to the existence of its people alone. Brazil for-itself, in turn, is a mercantile nation, intrepid and rational, albeit profoundly violent, and whose projects are based on maintaining Brazil’s insertion in a world economic order in which our position is already given. Brazil in-itself-for-itself emerges between the previous two, and is a nation of passions and joy, a people whose traditions amalgamate and ceaselessly reconnect to form the new, and whose projects seeks to guarantee a place for Brazil in the world for its uniqueness and pridefulness. Understanding the extent to which one or another dimension of the Brazilian nation conquers political power and what kind of projects it outlines for the future of our State seems to be an essential exercise for us to become aware of the central power dynamics in Brazil and, eventually, position ourselves accordingly in face of the demands and perspectives of each one of them. |

Percibir el marco general de fuerzas que constituyen y luchan por la brasileñidad es tarea única de la Filosofía del Estado, preñada de los aportes científicos que la hacen posible. Este artículo busca realizar una lectura de Brasil en tres momentos que siguen actuando y disputando, por sí mismos o por agentes, el sentido de la verdadera brasileñidad. El Brasil en-sí es una nación de cariños y dolores, cuyas ricas tradiciones encantan y cuyas penurias despiertan interés, sus proyectos son de tímida proyección exterior y una forma de quedarse en la existencia los pueblos como tales. El Brasil para-sí, a su vez, es una nación mercantil, intrépida y racional, aún que profundamente violenta, y cuyos proyectos se basan en la manutención de su inserción en una orden económica mundial en la cual nuestra posición ya está dada. El Brasil en-sí-para-sí emerge entre los dos primeros momentos, y es una nación de paciones y alegrías, un pueblo cuyas tradiciones se amalgaman y se reconectan incesantemente para formar lo nuevo, y cuyos proyectos garantizan un lugar para el Brasil en el mundo por sus singularidad y altivez. Comprender hasta qué punto una u otra dimensión de la nación brasileña conquista el poder político y qué tipo de proyectos traza para el futuro de nuestro Estado parece ser un ejercicio esencial para que tomemos conciencia de las dinámicas centrales del poder en Brasil y, eventualmente, posicionarnos consecuentemente frente a las demandas y perspectivas de cada uno de ellos.Pensar uma nação é ao mesmo tempo a reconhecer e disputar. Perceber o quadro geral de forças que constituem e digladiam pela brasilidade é uma tarefa que cabe unicamente à Filosofia do Estado, prenhe das contribuições científicas que a possibilitam. O presente artigo busca realizar uma leitura do Brasil em três momentos que seguem todos atuando e disputando, por si ou por prepostos, o sentido da verdadeira brasilidade. O Brasil em-si é uma nação de afetos e dor, um povo cujas riquíssimas tradições encanta e cujas agruras desperta interesse, seus projetos são de tímida projeção externa e um deixar-se a si na existência dos povos como tais. O Brasil para-si, por sua vez, é uma nação mercantil, intrépida e racional, bem como profundamente violenta, e cujos projetos se baseiam na manutenção da inserção brasileira numa ordem econômica mundial na qual nossa posição já está dada. O Brasil em-si-para-si emerge entre os dois primeiros, e é uma nação de paixões e alegria, um povo cujas tradições se amalgamam e reconectam incessantemente para o formar o novo, e cujos projetos são de garantia de um lugar para o Brasil no mundo por sua singularidade e altivez.
