The "notion of disobedience" and its potentiality illustrated by the Guarani-Kaiowá

Resumo: Thinking new outlets for old problems does not always require the emergence of a new theory. Exploring concrete actions under established concepts can bring out the potentials of these concepts, expand them or put them by land. Our intention is to demonstrate how the "notionof disobedience" can be associated with the Guarani-Kaiowá indigenous episode of the Charter in 2012, in Mato Grosso do Sul, in order to discuss the current power of this "notion". Addressing indigenous issues, which still face serious and major challenges after 30 years of the 1988 Federal Constitution, is a duty of a State that calls itself a Democratic Right and a citizen's constitution. Talking about other lifestyles is also [re] thinking of our models.

Ver acciones concretas bajo conceptos establecidos puede sacar a la luz el potencial de estos conceptos, ampliarlos o ponerlos a descansar. Nuestra intención es demostrar cómo la "noción de desobediencia" puede asociarse al episodio de la Carta escrita en 2012 por el pueblo indígena Guarani-Kaiowá en Mato Grosso do Sul, para discutir el poder actual de esta "noción". Abordar las cuestiones indígenas, que aún enfrentan serios y grandes desafíos después de 30 años de vigencia de la Constitución Federal de 1988, es el deber de un Estado que pretende ser una democracia de derecho y una constitución ciudadana. Hablar de otras formas de vida es también [re]pensar nuestros modelos.Pensar novas saídas para antigos problemas, nem sempre requer o surgimento de uma nova teoria. Enxergar ações concretas sob conceitos estabelecidos, pode trazer à tona os potenciais desses conceitos, ampliá-los ou colocá-los por terra. Nossa intenção, é demonstrar como a “noção de desobediência” pode ser associada ao episódio da Carta escrita em 2012, pelos indígenas Guarani-Kaiowá, em Mato Grosso do Sul, para, assim, discutir a potência atual dessa “noção”. Atender às questões indígenas, que ainda enfrentam graves e grandes desafios após 30 anos da Constituição Federal de 1988, é dever de um Estado que se diz Democrático de Direito e de uma constituição cidadã.
