The challenges of the applicability of the BNCC of Natural Sciences in Elementary School

Resumo: The school curriculum is understood as a guiding instrument for the actions of school units. With the homologation of the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) in 2017, a curriculum was instituted throughout the Brazilian territory, leaving the states, municipalities and the Federal District to comply with the mandatory regulations. The objective of this work was to analyze and discuss Natural Science skills of the 2nd year of Elementary School at BNCC, based on the Anthropological Theory of Didactics (TAD) and Didactic Transposition (TD). The study was qualitative, with the development of Praxeological Organizations (OP). A clipping of the BNCC skills was carried out to analyze the thematic unit Life and Evolution. We constituted the praxeology of this unit, we identified complex techniques, which make the teaching process difficult for the 2nd year, in addition to requiring a large amount of concepts. The relationships proposed in the skills are of great complexity for this teaching stage. We showed that there is an imposition of an institution on others, whose document presents excessive determinism, not considering the diversity in its social, environmental and cultural aspects. Therefore, to minimize the complexity of the teacher's work at this level of education, with the skills of the BNCC, we suggest the elaboration of Praxeological Organizations, based on the analysis and interpretation of the skills. Given this, the teacher will be able to understand the dimension of each of the skills and resize their Didactic Organization.

Con la homologación de la Base Curricular Común Nacional (BNCC) en 2017, se instituyó un currículo en todo el territorio brasileño, dejando a los estados, municipios y Distrito Federal el cumplimiento de las normas obligatorias. El objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar y discutir las competencias en Ciencias Naturales del 2º año de la Enseñanza Fundamental de la BNCC, a partir de la Teoría Antropológica de la Didáctica (TAD) y la Transposición Didáctica (DT). El estudio fue cualitativo, con el desarrollo de Organizaciones Praxeológicas (OP). Se realizó un recorte de las competencias de la BNCC para analizar la unidad temática Vida y Evolución. Constituimos la praxeología de esta unidad, identificamos técnicas complejas, que dificultan el proceso de enseñanza para el 2do año, además de requerir una gran cantidad de conceptos. Las relaciones propuestas en las habilidades son de gran complejidad para esta etapa de enseñanza. Mostramos que hay una imposición de una institución sobre otras, cuyo documento presenta un excesivo determinismo, no considerando la diversidad en sus aspectos sociales, ambientales y culturales. Por lo tanto, para minimizar la complejidad del trabajo docente en este nivel de enseñanza, con las competencias de la BNCC, sugerimos la elaboración de Organizaciones Praxeológicas, a partir del análisis e interpretación de las competencias. Ante esto, el docente podrá comprender la dimensión de cada una de las habilidades y redimensionar su Organización Didáctica.  O currículo escolar é compreendido como um instrumento orientador das ações das unidades escolares. O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar e discutir habilidades de Ciências da Natureza do 2º ano do Ensino Fundamental da BNCC, pautadas na Teoria Antropológica do Didático (TAD) e na Transposição Didática (TD). O estudo foi de cunho qualitativo, com o desenvolvimento de Organizações Praxeológicas (OP). Foi realizado um recorte das habilidades da BNCC para analisar a unidade temática Vida e Evolução. Constituímos a praxeologia desta unidade, identificamos técnicas complexas, o que dificulta o processo de ensino para o 2º ano, além de requerer grande quantidade de conceitos. Evidenciamos que há imposição de uma Instituição sobre outras, cujo documento apresenta determinismo excessivo, não considerando a diversidade em seus aspectos sociais, ambientais e culturais. Portanto, para minimizar a complexidade do trabalho do professor desse nível de ensino, com as habilidades da BNCC, sugerimos a elaboração de Organizações Praxeológicas, a partir da análise e interpretações das habilidades.
